Kristin Werner concentrates her practice in complex business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States and in commercial arbitrations, regulatory and administrative agency proceedings. Ms. Werner also counsels clients on litigation avoidance and management of complex litigation.
Ms. Werner is experienced in handling complex matters involving commercial contracts, extra-contractual liability, corporate investigations, energy, nuclear power, employment, unfair competition, insurance and reinsurance, transportation, intellectual property, trade secrets, commercial real estate disputes, Lanham Act and antitrust claims. Ms. Werner’s experience also includes matters involving hazardous waste, natural resources damage, gasoline, terminals and pipelines.
Ms. Werner is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law, where she was a member of the Villanova Law Review, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from St. Joseph’s University.
